Hi usabaker,
Thank you for constructing and sharing this option to gain manuals for such a great appliance. Just FYI: The manual second from left in the illustration above only shows (and prints) a small portion of the odd numbered pages in the PRINT mode. The third from left manual prints all pages completely.
Thanks again, Kay
I have a Farberware Open Hearth Rotisserie/Broiler in Excellent condition! I have no use for it; anyone interested? If so, contact me at jakesvette84@aol.com and make an offer. I could send pictures once I hear from you.
Is it missing anything? How much are you selling for?
i need a rod for a openhearth electric broiler
Ebay or http://www.shopgoodwill.com/ are your best bets. Finding just one part is tricky. You could also order some Stainless steel square rod from McMaster-Carr and make one.
I have a rod for the Farberware Openhearth broiler. We bought a broiler as part of a lot; it does not have the other rotisserie equipment so if you still need the rod you can have it for the cost of shipping. 13-oct-17
I can’t thank you enough. I was at a dead end in finding the instructions for using an inherited Kitchen Aid Open Hearth Broiler and Rotiserie. Now I can use it and enjoy some of the recipes Mom made on it. You are really kind to help people with this.
Thank you so much, Bill! Really appreciate you sharing the wonderful information.
Anyone have any idea where I can find the Shish Kebab attachment manual?
Whats up! I simply wish to give a huge thumbs up for the good info you’ve gotten right here on this post. I can be coming back to your weblog for more soon.
Do you have a recipe for the shish kebah “skewered beef” which is only in the separate sk booklet.Thank you
Hi Sorry I don’t have the SK book yet but I’m looking for it
SK Book has been uploaded.
Great this is just what I was looking for ! I have my grandmothers and used to use it all the time!
🙂 JA
Having read this I found it to be very informational.. It’s great that you used your time to do all this. I just as before discover myself personally using up a significant amount of time either reading and/or commenting. Absolutely worth the time, regardless.
Dittos to all above!
Thank you soooo very much. We just got a 450A model for $5 at a thrift store for our kitchen..I was so excited.. Saw on eBay that we can get the “parts”..for the rotisserie, motor, spit, meat forks etc.. and now the Manuals.. Please let me know if yo find any others… You are a life saver.. XXOOOO
Thank you Bill!
Thank you for posting the guides. We have a fully functional 40 year old rotisserie but had lost the guide somehow in re-arranging the kitchen. What a pleasure to have the image of it on the hard-drive now, to consult with a couple of clicks!
I have a 441 Farberware and needed a manual. You came through and provided one.
Thank you so very very much!!

You are always welcome 🙂
Merry Christmas. It’s been 17 years since my mom passed and I thought I’d use her Faberware broiler /rotisserie she used for years. When I pulled out the manual she had tucked into other manuals a few of the pages had been nibbled away by those sweet mice. It is so awesome to find your blog so I could just print out the 4 missing pages I needed. Thank you so very much for posting these. Just saved me $10.00 as you mentioned from the ones on Ebay. Thank you.
I need a manual for farberware heart broiler
