Running Sign-ups

I said I was going to give my body some rest this week, but my anxieties stated acting up and I needed to run to get them back in check. My ankle is still a bit sore but it felt good to run. Only 11 miles this week. As normal (now) my weekends have been construction on the 7 x 12 foot walk in closet; I’ll finish up the electrical to day a little framing and then start on the insinuation and sheet rock… getting close!

My ‘Run List’ has started to grow and over the next 3 months I’ve good some nice ones coming up;

I hope to add a Marathon this year as well; but the list grows!
